A "Vital Papers" Section: A quick guide to many of the major papers and powerpoints that you may want to read and share with your colleagues.  The papers involve both large system-wide strategy questions, and very specific recommendations for how individual stations can improve their web services.

Follow up from the IMA New Media Summit: A summary of activities coming out of the conference, and additional pages tracking actions and discussion on each of the eight key items..

Web Service Directory:  A catalog of online services vendors that have targted their work to support public broadcasters and other non-profits, organized by category of services.

Vendor Directory:  A complement to the Service Directory, with information organized by vendors (a good place to look if you are searching for one company to provide a variety of services).

Web Marketing Toolkit: This section will replace www.webpledgetools.org, our library of online marketing techniques and tips - originally compiled as part of the CPB Online Membership Project.

A Research and Policy Library:

A set of

  • Major industry reports,

  • Articles on new media subjects prepared by IMA or drawn from leading research sources; and

  • Presentations (usually powerpoints) on industry developments that can be used at your station management meetings and strategy discussions.

Newsletters:  Current IMA newsletters and archives of past editions.
