For Problems with Audio on the IMA site

IMPORTANT:

After the 2005 Conference we were getting reports that the audio files from the conference session will not open properly for some visitors.   From what we can learn, this is probably caused by audio players that do not recognize MP3 files using a ".pls" file format.

Here are some solutions for this problem:

• Download the WINAMP player and allow it to default to playing "pls" files. [Recommended]
• If you have Real Player installed: Open the Player, click on the "Tools" tab, Choose "Preferences" then click on "Content... Media Types." This will give you a list of file types for which Real Player is the default program. Click "Other Media" at the bottom of the list. You should see a menu of filetypes, including "pls", that will now use Real Player as the default.
  
  Then restart your compter to make sure the change takes hold.
