 A Look at Convoq/ASAP Web Conference Interface Getting Started When you open your e-mail invitation, you will go to a start-up page, like the one shown immediately below. This page will automatically launch the Conference interface, shown at the below the start up page--unless you have a pop-up blocker. In that case, disable your pop-up blocker and click on the link in the middle of the start-up page.
Working in a Conference Once you launch the Conference interface, it will appear as a large rectangular pop-up. During a conference, we suggest that you "maximize" the window, by clicking on the open square icon in the upper right, next to the red "x" (or "close window") icon.
